Cookies
This page explains which cookies Imoortalis uses and why. A cookie is a small text file your browser stores when you visit a website.
We use strictly necessary cookies for the site's basic functionality — for your cart, logging in, and remembering your language preference. If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics for visit analytics and Google Ads to measure how well our ads perform (e.g. whether a purchase followed an ad click); neither loads without your consent. We do not use remarketing.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration | Essential |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your chosen site language (Slovenian/English) so we show you content in the right language on your next visit. | Browser session (no expiry is set on this cookie). | Yes |
| cartToken | Identifies your shopping cart when you shop as a guest (without logging in), so we can remember your cart between visits. This cookie is httpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript). | 30 days. | Yes |
| authjs.session-token / __Secure-authjs.session-token | Keeps you logged in to your account. The cookie name carries a “__Secure-” prefix when the site is accessed over a secure (HTTPS) connection. This cookie is httpOnly. | Until you log out or the session expires. | Yes |
| authjs.callback-url / __Secure-authjs.callback-url | Remembers which page to return you to after logging in. This cookie is httpOnly. | Short-lived, during the login process. | Yes |
| authjs.csrf-token / __Host-authjs.csrf-token | A security cookie that protects login forms against forged (CSRF) requests. This cookie is httpOnly. | Until the session expires. | Yes |
| cookie_consent | Stores your cookie choice (e.g. “accept all” or “necessary only”) so we don't show the cookie banner again on your next visit. | About 1 year. | Yes |
| _ga / _ga_* | Google Analytics — visit analytics (e.g. how many visitors we get, which pages they view, where they come from). Only loads if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner. | Up to 2 years. | No |
| _gcl_au / _gcl_aw | Google Ads — ad performance measurement: stores that you reached our site through a Google ad so we can measure whether a purchase followed. Only loads if you choose “Accept all”. | Up to 90 days. | No |
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the cart, login, or language preference from working correctly. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies only load with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by deleting this site's cookies in your browser and choosing “Necessary only” on your next visit.
