Delivery

Delivery to address — €4.50.

Pickup point (locker, post office, Petrol) — €2.90.

Orders over €60.00 — free.

D+1 — guaranteed next-day delivery (surcharge) — €3.00, added on top of the chosen delivery method.

Orders placed and paid for by 11:00 on a business day are normally shipped the same business day; later orders ship the next business day.

Pošta Slovenije normally delivers the next business day after shipping.

For bank-transfer orders, timing starts once we receive payment. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from formation of the contract.

You receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.

Check the parcel for damage on receipt. Record any damage with the courier and notify us as soon as possible at info@imoortalis.si.
