When Styria Meets the Mediterranean

My roots reach back to Styria, where my grandmother lived. I used to visit her there, and that's where my earliest memories live — of a vineyard, a vine, a bunch of grapes — of something genuine, homely, and deeply tied to nature. Of course, I had no idea back then that this small piece of my family history would one day take on a whole new meaning.

Later, life kept pulling me further south. Toward the sea. Toward the sun, the scent of the Mediterranean, the stone paths and the plants that somehow thrive in the most unlikely conditions — heat, wind, and salt.

Among them, I discovered immortelle. A small golden plant with an extraordinary character. A plant that, even after it's cut, keeps its colour and beauty for a long time. That's exactly why it carries within it a symbol of permanence, memory, and something almost timeless.

And that's when two worlds began to come together.
